For gift certificates: Once a gift certificate is purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Gift certificates have no expiration date.
Gift certificates are redeemable for any type of session or product in our A La Carte menu but are not redeemable for cash.
Remaining unused balance on gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash, but can be used towards a future session or product.
